With three decades in the steel trade and supporting production capabilities, we supply alloy and special-grade wire rods with consistent quality across hot rolling, controlled cooling, and coil finishing stages.

Each production lot is tracked from billet to finished coil, with in-process checks covering chemistry verification, dimensional gauging, surface inspection, and mechanical property sampling. Customer pre-production samples are provided before mass production.

We accommodate trial quantities starting from 5 tons and maintain flexible scheduling for regular container-volume orders.

Packing and Delivery

Alloy steel wire rod coils are compressed, strapped with a minimum of four steel bands, and arranged for container, flat-rack, or break-bulk loading. Steel strip bundling and wooden pallet packing are available as standard.

Coil tags show heat number, grade designation, diameter, net weight, and production date. Coil weight typically ranges from 800 kg to 2,000 kg depending on the ordered diameter.
