First Stop For Visiting Clients In West Africa — Côte d'Ivoire
This week, as planned, I am visiting clients in West Africa and surveying the market. The first stop is Côte d'Ivoire. I departed from Beijing, transferred in Dubai, and then flew to Côte d'Ivoire, going through a 20-hour journey in the air, which was quite exhausting.
We brought a total of 5 suitcases, unfortunately lost three, and am trying to resolve it with the airline. The response was that they will arrive in the afternoon. Without clothes or toiletries, I can only buy something locally for emergency use.
After a night's rest, I finally regained my energy. In the morning, I had some breakfast outside and took a stroll. I’m grateful to the client for picking us up and bringing flowers, and for waiting for us for three hours.
After having breakfast, we started visiting clients. Around noon, it suddenly poured, and we are grateful that the clients drove through the rain to meet us at the hotel.
