Crude steel production in Kazakhstan fell by 1.2% year-on-year from January to July

On August 14, according to data released by the NationalStatistical Committee of Kazakhstan, from January to July 2019, Kazakhstan'scrude steel output was 2.669 million tons, down 1.2% from the same period ofthe previous year; plate production was 1.289 million tons, down 26%year-on-year. Ferroalloy production was 1.284 million tons, an increase of7.7%.
