In November the National Crude Steel Output 2.250 Million Tons, Down 5.54%

    According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the output ofcrude steel, pig iron and steel from January to November 2017 was 768.8 milliontons, 656.14 million tons and 972.98 million tons respectively, up 5.7%, 2.3%and 1.1% over the same period of last year respectively. Among them, the outputof crude steel, pig iron and steel products in November were 66.15 milliontons, 54.88 million tons and 86.85 million tons respectively, up by 2.2%, 3.5%and 2.9% respectively. In November, the average daily output of crude steel,pig iron and steel was 2,205,000 tonnes, 1,829,300 tonnes and 2,895,000 tonnesrespectively, down 5.54%, 5.51% and 2.23% respectively from the average dailyoutput in October.

    According to statistics, from January to November China'scoke production 398430000 tons, down 2.7%. In November, 34.77 million tons ofcoke production in China, down 10.9%. January-November China's coal output313596 tons, an increase of 3.7%. In November, the output of raw coal in Chinawas 299.98 million tons, down by 2.7% over the same period of last year.
