Global crude steel production grew by 5% in April

In April 2017, the world's 67 crude steel output of the world's iron and Steel Association statistics, 1.421 tons, an increase of 5%. In 2017 April, China's crude steel production was 72 million 800 thousand tons, up 4.9% year on year. Japan's crude steel production in April was 8 million 800 thousand tons, up 3% year on year. South Korea in April crude steel production of 5 million 500 thousand tons, down 2.9%.
In the EU, Germany April 2017 crude steel production was 3 million 900 thousand tons, an increase of 8.1%; Italy, April crude steel production was 2 million tons, down 6%; France April crude steel production was 1 million 300 thousand tons, an increase of 30.8%; the April crude steel production was 1 million 200 thousand tons, down 2.8%. Crude steel production in Turkey was 3 million tons in April 2017, an increase of 6.5% over the previous year. Crude steel production in April 2017 was 6 million 700 thousand tons, up 1.8% over the previous year. Brazil's crude steel production in April 2017 was 2 million 900 thousand tons, up 25.9% year on year. In April 2017, the utilization capacity of crude steel in 67 countries in the world was 73.6%, up 2.5 percentage points compared with the same period of last year, 1.7 percentage points higher than that of the central bank.
