Ministry of Commerce: Steel prices rebounded slightly last week

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Commerce, theprice of the national production materials market last week (June 24 to 30) was0.1% higher than the previous week.

Steel prices rebounded slightly. The prices of high-speedwire rod, rebar and hot-rolled strip were 4195 yuan, 4106 yuan and 4146 yuanper ton, respectively, up 0.8%, 0.8% and 0.7% from the previous week.

The price of non-ferrous metals rebounded slightly, withcopper and zinc prices rising by 0.5% and 0.1% respectively, and aluminumprices were unchanged from the previous week.
